The history of McKeany-Flavell is one of people and ideas-together, they support our mission to be the premier counsel to the food and beverage industry.

McKeany-Flavell has been successful over the years because our role extends beyond that of an ingredient broker or information provider. We are ready to invest time and experience to help your people make informed decisions.

And it's not just our clients for whom we strive to make life easier-it's our own people as well. We are always looking to build camaraderie and maintain a positive team environment.

We also believe that happy, satisfied team members are better team members, and that internal harmony translates to external success. Recently, as a part of our company bonus program, we started a tradition we hope to continue: a weekend away for our employees.

The idea was to treat our employees outside of the workplace, offering the collective group a couple days of rest and rejuvenation in an extravagant setting. Last year we spent a weekend in the Napa Valley, Northern California 's famously beautiful wine region. During two days and nights at the posh Villagio Spa and Resort, employees and their guests enjoyed wine tasting, gourmet food, massage, and horseback riding through the rolling Napa Valley hillside. After returning to work the following week, all agreed the excursion was nothing short of fabulous.

This is one of the driving ideas behind McKeany-Flavell-we spare no effort to accomplish what we set out to do, be it within the company or with regard to our business partners. Fostering growth and improvement-of our people, our business, your people, and your business-remains one of our ultimate goals.

In March of 2005, we're planning a getaway to San Francisco, right across the bay. Of the many great cities of the world, San Francisco is truly second to none, not to mention just minutes away. With so much to offer in dining, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment, San Francisco presents an easy and exciting option with which to treat our people, and your people.
